Chengda's high-chromium cast grinding media offer wear, corrosion, and impact resistance, enabling efficient ball mill grinding. Our grinding media have a chromium content ranging from 1% to 30% and are available in sizes from 15 mm to 140 mm, depending on the application. Large ball diameters range from 140 mm to 60 mm, with chromium contents ranging from 10% to 28%, and an optimal hardness of 57 to 66 HRc. All materials undergo comprehensive testing and technical analysis.

National standards require a hardness difference of less than 3 HRC between the surface and core. Our patented product achieves a surface hardness of 59 HRC and a core hardness of 58.8 HRC, with a hardness difference of less than 0.2 HRC between the surface and core, and an impact toughness of 10 J/cm².
